These components are mass-produced using high-precision aluminum extrusion molds (dies), followed by precision CNC machining and surface treatment. Manufactured via high-precision aluminum extrusion molds, the fin thickness and spacing are highly uniform. This process guarantees consistent dimensional accuracy and high production efficiency while significantly reducing secondary processing costs.

2. Efficient Thermal Dissipation
The left component features deep-groove, high-density fins that maximize the air contact surface area. This design is especially suited for cooling high-power components and regulating temperature in industrial molds (e.g., injection molds, hot runner systems).

3. Precision Structural Mounting Holes
The right base plate is pre-drilled with 5 standard countersunk screw holes with precise spacing. This allows for the direct and secure mounting of heating elements, control modules, or terminal boxes, eliminating positional errors from secondary drilling.

4. Modular Slide Rail & Clip System
